Comentario:	New building with a high-security system (cameras, double doors etcc..). The apartments is just perfect in details. It felt as somebody had lived there before as nothing ws missing. There is a small balcony and being on a high floor you get a view. The Adsl cable was working and fast. Tv had many foreign language channels (most apartments in Vaci Utca and around have just Cnn and TV5 and Pro7, all the rest is Hungarian). The only drawback is the location: I had to take the subway (about 5 minutes away). When I needed something there where 2 shops, one in the nearby shopping mall. I'd suggest this one if you don't mind not being in the very centre, or if you come by car (you can park safely and won't need to sell the car to pay the parking price), and you want a spotless place.
