Apartment Rakoczi Quiet

2 room flat situated in an inner courtyard with 70cm (2 feet) stick walls and 4m20 (13 feet) high ceiling to make sure that you have a good rest after your busy day. Just leave the turning of century building, to have supermarkets, banks, metro and public transports on the square. Fancy pubs and coffee houses are 2 min far. 15 min walk from the Danube. We equipped the flat as if we would have to live there, we hope you will enjoy it. Non smoking, no pets allowed. As this is a building where people live, party trips are not welcome. If you are a group of friends more than 5 people, do not forget that we rent also the flat next door in the same building named 'Rakoczi spacious'.

Transport: situated on Blaha square, metro 2 (Blaha station), major tram 4-6 and bus 7 are all in front of the building. A strategic position.
Most confortable is to buy a 3 day or one week travelcard for all public transport (from 14 Euros) If you prefer walking: even on foot all major sites are 15-20min distance.
Blaha square is ideal if you want to feel the heartbeat of the city. Two main roads meet here - Rakoczi avenue leading to Elisabeth bridge and Vaci walking street and the big boulevard leading to Andrassy avenue and Margaret bridge. All along both roads shops, bars and coffee houses and more Hungarians than tourists...guaranteed!

Comment: Very nice, clean and spacious flat close to the heart of the city. I have been personally fascinated by the height of the ceiling (over 4m) and despite of that very nice warm rooms. We have been satisfied not only with the place but also with the friendly approach of the owner and can recommend a stay here!!
