Where is the apartment? What is the locality like?
Last year they finished the work in in this famous building called "Caesar House". The apartment is located near to the Danube and the Margaret Bridge in Bessenyei utca. There are four buildings around one large common garden. The garden is beautiful, there are benches, fountains & flowers etc.. .
Under the garden on the level of garages there is a well equipped gymn room. You can use these services from 6am till 10pm for a low price. The flat is on the 5th floor (there are two elevators), it has a view to the beautiful garden and to the street.
What does the accomodation comprise of?
Fully equipped, separated kitchen with dining area (built in fridges, stove, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, glasses, kitchen utensils, etc..)
Bedroom ( double bed, wardrobes, window to the quiet street)

| Komentar: | New building with a high-security system (cameras, double doors etcc..). The apartments is just perfect in details. It felt as somebody had lived there before as nothing ws missing. There is a small balcony and being on a high floor you get a view. The Adsl cable was working and fast. Tv had many foreign language channels (most apartments in Vaci Utca and around have just Cnn and TV5 and Pro7, all the rest is Hungarian). The only drawback is the location: I had to take the subway (about 5 minutes away). When I needed something there where 2 shops, one in the nearby shopping mall. I'd suggest this one if you don't mind not being in the very centre, or if you come by car (you can park safely and won't need to sell the car to pay the parking price), and you want a spotless place. |
