Apartment Downtown Pest
The apartment is in the downtown of Budapest, next to Szabadsag ter, in a newly renovated walking street. 5 minute's walk from the Parliamnet, the Basilica and the famous Vaci street ( shopping area). Arany Janos utca metro station is also 5 minute's walk from the apartment. In the street you can find: restaurants, pubs, night clubs, banks, 24 hours open stores, dry-cleaner's. In the house:ATM, bureau de change, bank. The apartment is in a nice and calme house with the authentic atmosphere of Pest. The Downtown Pest Apartment is suitable for 4 person: 1 big bedroom + fully equipped kitchen + bathroom. Bed-linen, towles and the final cleaning are provided.On request we can arrange transfer from the airport.

| Comment: | The owner was very flexible, responsible and helpful! The appartment is simple but for modest people who like to stay in the center is perfect. The only thing that is not fully equipped is kitchen, but for simple meals fine. Thank you! |

| Comment: | We had a fantastic stay in Budapest. Great city, great people and cheap beer! Apartment did its job well although we may have to have reconsidered if Kira didn't provide a fan! Thankfully she did and those hot sweaty nights were avoided! The apartment is basic but this is reflected in price. Improvements I would add a toaster, kettle, larger towels, shower curtain and maybe a form of temporary partitioning or room divider so half can sleep if others wantt o stay up. Simple improvements that may make a big difference. Kira is reliable and a very trustworthy host so, for the location alone boom this apertment! cheers kev |

| Comment: | The apartment is heated by weak gas machines - one in the big room and one in the bathroom. they both are not enough to get you a decent temperature, especially if started shortly before the arrival, as in my case. the heaters also leave gas and you should open the windows (as the host advised me by a text message answer), which leads to a further decrease of temperature. i hoped the gas smell will disappear in some 1-2 hours, but in the morning it was still there. ...so what i had in the end was a freezing cold room which smelled like gas. i couldn't sleep all night and i caught a bad cold - once home i had to stay in bed for 3 days. i'm glad at least my girlfriend didn't come with me in budapest, so she was able to take care of me ;) however, the location is great, a few minutes stroll from all the central objectives. (Owner's reply: Dear Alex! I am really sorry, that you didn't enjoy your stay. Before and since your stay nobody has complained about the heating, but of course I accept your opinion and I hope to get the possibility to change it, next time when you are coming to Budapest. | Comment: | Attractions like Parliament house are nearby, and it is only a short walk to the Buda side. There is also a playground nearby for children which is ideal for a young families. I would definitely stay here again if I should ever visit Budapest in future. |
