Bemerkung:	This is a wonderful apartment in a great location. Don't be put off by the entrance as it looks quite bad!!! There is everything that you could possibly need in this apartment.....even a welcoming bottle of wine on arrival!! We asked for extra towels for our hair and they were there promptly, even although Ilona and her husband had just had a new baby. Ilona was very informative and answered all of my questions before we went to Budapest. I can definitely recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to stay there again when I return to Budapest.

Bemerkung:	The appartment is in elegant area. Calm street. Walking distance to the center, to the termal bath Szecheny. You have everything you need in the appartment. The onwers are very freindly and ready to help. We felt like at home. I would stay there again. Couple from Moscow

Bemerkung:	Très bon séjour à Budapest. L'appartement est magnifique, calme, spacieux, très propre et très joli. En plein mois de juillet, nous avons également apprécié l'air conditionné. Un havre de paix et de calme après des journées bien remplies ! L'appartement est aussi très bien situé, près du métro and près d'un superbe parc où vous pouvez aller aux bains. Si nous retournons à Budapest, nous reviendrons à cet appartement et nous le conseillerons à nos amis ! Very good stay in Budapest. The apartment is fantastic, calm, big, very clean and very nice. In July we also appreciated the air conditioning. A haven of peace and calm after very full days. The location is very good, close to metro and close to a great parc with baths. If we come back to Budapest we will stay at this apartment and will suggest it to our friends too!

Bemerkung:	Tested in November 2009 by Luca. There is only one negative aspect about this apartment: the entrance of the building which needs renovation (and probably some old lady living in some apartments does not agree with and vetoes it. This it's very common). Everything before and after is just great. It's in a nice residential and embassies area, on a quiet street not far from the Metro stop on the M1 line, which is in itself an experience (nice little train, nice little stations, it almost seems unreal). There's not much around the area but in 15 minutes walking you get to Oktogon where you'll find plenty of restaurants (avoid the TGI Fridays: expensive bad food). The apartment is completely renovated but is not 100% modern, there as still external pipes and counters and other details which give it a "retro" touch. All works perfectly, and a special mention goes to the kitchen which we used and found it was fitted for real use, which is not always the case in tourist apartments. It's very silent (one side court, one side the quiet street) and the wireless internet is fast. We did self check-in and check-out and that was also interesting. I sometimes do not like when at check-in owners explain me everything for 30 minutes when I am not even listening and just want to see them go and take a shower :) Given the price (40 euros -10% for a couple in 2009), it fully deserves all the high ratings it got. It's a really good deal.

Bemerkung:	Ilona is a wonderful person and I am very satisfied with our communication. She is very flexible and ready to help. In other words Ilona is a perfect person to do business with :) I found Szondi Apartment to be like a pearl in mud - it's surrounding looks a bit disconsolate but the very apartment is just great with A+ standard. We enjoyed our stay there - especially the view on the moon at nights :)

Bemerkung:	Ilona's apartment is very nice and cosy. It appeared to be much better than on photos - nice furniture, perfect location, air conditioning - everything was really appealing. Free parking on the street from 18 to 10 is also a very good option for tourists with a car - they will unlikely be at home during paid parking time :) Ilona herself was really very helpful and offered us various alternatives to make our coming in and out comfortable for everybody. I would highly recommend the flat to anyone visiting Budapest - the price/quality thing is PERFECT here!

Bemerkung:	Great flat with lots of space, a kitchen that had all we needed, very clean and well located (Budapest is huge so well located means being near an interesting area and having the subway to reach all the others). The AC and TV with lots of channels was great for those lazy after lunch hours.

Bemerkung:	Very pleasant stay in good location to explore the city. Contactable owners, nice appartment. Boiler gave up once but recovered, so no problems with hot water. A cafetiere in the kitchen would have been nice, but otherwise very well equipped. Definitely choose it again.

Bemerkung:	Lovely location, we had a car and there was parking in the street ad since it was holiday and weekend we didn't have to pay parking, so that was great. Big bed is very comfy, could use a bedside table, room is spacy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bath could use courtain change, and rug cleaning. All this is said in good faith since we were really happy to stay there and owner even left us a bottle od wine!!! Very nice apartment, thanks!

Bemerkung:	Szondi is..simply fantastic! We really loved this apartment. Clean, big, well furnished (the best is the table and the chairs in the living-room, they're amazing!), full of domestic appliances. Also the kitchen is complete of everything (and u know as the italian guys like to cook and eat ;) and the wireless system works fast.
